Day 8 - Rediscovering the Christmas Season
"The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. - Matt 25 v 40
Jesus arrival was announced as "good will to all men."
It's good because Jesus opened a way for God to get to men.
But it is also good because he transforms men to bring good will to his fellow man.
The actions of feeding the hungry, satisfying the thirsty, housing the homeless, giving clothes to the poor and caring for the sick are not a way of getting to God. But for those God has found they will become a hallmark of their new relationship.
It is this mark of a follower makes us stand out from the crowd.
