Read this quote today by Brian Houston. This is a great challenge to me. The last 7 years in church leadership since I gave up my day job have been lived predominately on the mountain top. I feel at the moment I am facing huge challenges maybe describing it as a valley is a little harsh but things are not easy.

I am learning lots and being stretched immensely and determined to grow.
