How Laban treated Jacob boarders on abuse.
It was not a one off it was 20 years of trickery.
7 years for a wife he did not want.
7 years for a wife he wanted.
And another 6 years all the time being cheated out of money.
What makes it all the more galling is that Jacob brought prosperity to his Uncle Laban.

But instead of bitterness he chose God's perspective.

"God never let him really hurt me."
