Brought near

Exodus 24

v 2 "The rest are not to come close. And the people are not to climb the mountain at all.”

Only one man could go and talk to God on behalf of a nation. Only Moses could climb the mountain and communicate with God.

I am so glad that another man climbed another hill on our behalf and gave the ultimate sacrifice that we could be the friends of God.

Eph 2 v 13 "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ."
